Inspired by the stunning gardens of La Mamounia Hotel in Marrakesh, set on a former royal estate dating from the 12th century. Jardin meaning 'garden' in French. Coloured in a deep saffron yellow drawn from the flavours found in the rich spice markets of the vibrant bustling souks.
